There is so much more to being an athlete than simply sport itself, and that's why we provide HEAT athletes with the ultimate well-rounded athletic experience with a science-based approach.
Our athletes gain access to state-of-the art high tech equipment, turf, elite training programming, motivated and enthusiastic trainers and coaches, Nutrition Bar, a Shooting & Stick-handling Room, Skating Treadmill and a gorgeous Massage & Recovery Room (yes, parents, that's for you too!).
We provide training programming for athletes of all ages and calibers, including youth hockey players and figure skaters, all the way up to Junior level, collegiate and professional athletes.
There's something for everyone! We're open to the public and also provide private and group training for all levels.
LOCATION
Conveniently located at Hertz Arena, the facility is just minutes from Naples and Fort Myers off of I-75 at Exit 123 in the growing Southwest Florida community of Estero.
Hertz Arena is home to the Florida Everblades, and boasts two 200’ x 85’ twin rinks dedicated to the development of hockey players and figure skaters. HEAT is centrally located on the recreational side of Hertz Arena, directly between the two recreational rinks.
