Service Description
Private Group of 2-4 Athletes for a 60 minute tailored Sports Performance training session to incorporate Dynamic Warmup, Strength and Performance Training circuit, including core and conditioning, ending with a cool down, stretch and foam roll out. Once the group has decided to train for 10 sessions, an appropriate program will be created for your group's specific needs. Single Session 30 minutes / $105 +$10 if for skating treadmill training 60 minutes / $200 +$20 if for skating treadmill training 10 Session Package 30 minutes / $1000 +$100 if for skating treadmill training 60 minutes / $1900 +$150 if for skating treadmill training
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY HEAT has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a 24-hour cancellation is not executed online, the session is charged. *Unless in case of a medical emergency. Contact HEAT immediately to notify.
