If you've never been to HEAT and want to explore the training we offer here, we would love to show you around and answer any question you may have. See why the Hockey Skating Treadmill is such an incredible teaching and training tool, snipe some pucks in our Stick Skills Lab, and learn how HEAT can help transform your game. Make sure to bring training apparel, sneakers, skates, stick and gloves. Please arrived 5 minutes before your appointment time and we look forward to seeing you!

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY HEAT has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a 24-hour cancellation is not executed online, the session is charged. *Unless in case of a medical emergency. Contact HEAT immediately to notify.
