6U Winter Training Program // Beg-Int For birth years: 2016 Level: Beginner/ Intermediate Location: @ HEAT // Hertz Arena Dates: January 16th- March 20th Start Time: 4:30PM (Please arrive only 10 minutes prior to prepare for session to start on time.) During these 30/30 min sessions trainers/coaches will create a perfect mixture of all necessary hockey movement and techniques and skills to help develop young players. Please bring to every session: Water bottle, wear tennis shoes and athletic clothing, bring skates, gloves and stick. Pick Up: 5:30 PM Description: A combination of skating development work on the skating treadmill including off ice movements, sports performance training (hockey specific body movement training and awareness) paired with stick skills lab work. Only 4 spots open per age and level specific group.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY HEAT has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a 24-hour cancellation is not executed online, the session is charged. *Unless in case of a medical emergency. Contact HEAT immediately to notify.
