EXPERIENCE WAIVER
One Parent MUST be present at check in on the first day of camp to complete a HEAT waiver. 
No registrant will be allowed to participate in on or off ice activities until the waiver is fully completed.
NO EXCEPTIONS.

EXPERIENCE PAYMENT

Payment must be made prior to Day 1 of Camp - NO EXCEPTIONS. 
Registrants will not be allowed to participate until complete payment is received.
Payments are to be made by Venmo to @Miranda-Hartlieb

Payments MUST indicate Participants full name, date of birth, and Experience dates.
